A data analyst internship at KultureHire: surveyed Gen Z across India, answered 22 business questions in SQL, and built Power BI dashboards on what drives their career choices.

A dashboard helping small farmers in India decide what to grow, when to water, and what their harvest could earn. Built with Python and machine learning on real government data. In testing, it picked the right crop 92.8% of the time.

Predicting Which Dublin Properties Will Sell

A machine learning analysis of 13,320 property listings, finding what actually drives a purchase: location, size, price per square foot, or energy rating. Four models compared and tuned; best reached 75% accuracy.

Forecasting the Dollar: Testing Economic Theory on Real Data

Does inflation explain currency movements? We tested Purchasing Power Parity on 11 years of US and Canada data; it mostly doesn't hold (inflation explained just 18%). So we built a time-series model that forecasts better than the theory.
